A Manchester property business with two very different customers: investors who want a buying agent, and companies that need somewhere for their contractors to stay. The site now loads in 1.5 seconds on a phone and gives each of them a clear route in.

The business
KJP Property is a buyers agency and contractor accommodation business working across Manchester and the North. Investors come for help finding, appraising and refurbishing property. Companies come for furnished homes for working crews.
The brief
Make each service easy to find on its own page, show investors exactly what they get at each step, and make sure Google and AI assistants can tell KJP Property apart from similarly named firms.
What we built
- An investor hub leading to deal appraisal, refurbishment management, buy and refurbish, exit planning and fees pages
- Two answer guides for questions customers actually ask: contractor accommodation vs a hotel, and buying agent vs property sourcer
- Enquiry forms that ask one question at a time, on every route into the business
- Every page opens with a plain answer, so Google and ChatGPT can quote it
- Clear business details in the code, linked to Companies House, so search engines know which KJP this is
